We have family in the aera and often need a decent hotel at a reasonable rate. This location was excellent, rooms were clean and spacious and the staff were great! Recent renovations have the locations a great stop for a night or two :) VERY pleased with our visit. Thank you team for a great stay! We travel very often for work and personal and this location exceeded our expectations.

Positive things I can say about this motel is that the room was clean, the staff was friendly, and it was quiet. That is where the positives end. After getting into our room we decided to open the window for fresh air. Unfortunately the screen was broken and a bee came into the room so that was the last time we tried to open it. The towels were on a rack high above the toilet. My sister fell backward into the tub while trying to retrieve one. She is 69 years old and has a bad back. The room was serviced inconsistently. The fruit served at the continental breakfast was old one the last day of our stay, and the coffee was weak and the selection poor every day. We also entered the hotel from the back door closest to our room. The door to room 113 was often open and was right next to the back door. It appeared to us that staff lived in this room. On our last night when we entered one of the male occupants of that room had just come out of the shower with a towel wrapped around his waist. Not a sight I wanted to see especially when I was with my daughter and sister. I cannot recommend this hotel. If I were to stay in the Finger Lakes again I would pay more for a better motel

Wouldn't have wanted to be there any longer than the one night. Stayed there for a concert and was disgusted that I was charged $140.00 for one night for such a run down old room. No place to sit except for one desk chair. The floors are hard, no carpet and were slimy when walking with bare feet. Place smelled musty and there was a huge cobweb on the wall. Bathroom door and wall had banged up marks all over them. Highway is very near and noisy all night. Not a very nice place. Go elsewhere.

The motel was rented just for an overnight stay with a friend fur s weekend getaway. When we checked in, the lobby had a funny smell of some sort of food. We were hesitant about staying at this point. The motel was being renovated and in our bathroom, they had left painters tape around the mirror. The lampshades still had plastic wrap on them and dust and dirt had collected underneath. The sheets on one of the beds was ripped. Our bathroom sink did not drain properly. When I went to pull the stopper up and down, it was not connected to anything. The fact that they did not lock the outside doors at night did not make us feel safe. I guess you get what you pay for! Would not recommend.

One of the worst hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Huge dumpster outside, no elevator, unwelcoming g lobby with family things strewn around the Lobby area. Cooking smells from behind in their kitchen, obvious mildew from laundry in basement — sparked an allergic attack for me when daughter opened the four.. No duvet covers — asked for extra sheets. Shabby & lack of maintenance. No money back cancellation fee. Not good.
